QUINCE

Quince is a relatively short tree or bush. The pulp is whitish, sweet-sour or sour with a bewildering aroma. Quince has a rich mineral composition and namely it contains elements such as iron, calcium, potassium, copper, zinc. Weight: 250 – 300 gr. The optimum temperature for long-term storage ranges between 0-1 °C.
